Ian is an amazing driving instructor. I called him the night before my lessons started. He took time to reassure me, learn about me and overall my goals. Now let’s talk about the actual tuition. This guy not only teaches you, he makes it fun. But he will also talk to you about the mental aspect of driving and how it can impact performance and safety. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve got experience but need polishing up, Ian is the man for you. I’ll be recommending him to all of my family and friends. I have also booked motorway lessons as I wouldn’t want to learn from anyone else. Passed my test today with 11 hours lessons and only got 3 minors (all of which I was taught not to do lol).
To start with, Ian is an amazing instructor. I went into these lessons with my theory expiring at the end of January and with experience from two previous instructors who had messed me around completely.
Ian realised after the second lesson that driving a manual was just not for me so switched me to an automatic. He was very accommodative to my ADHD and driving test anxiety throughout the whole time too, which is rare to see from other instructors.
